Termination of Tenancy by Owner. a: Grounds- a. During the term of the lease or any extension thereof, the Owner may terminate the tenancy on the following grounds upon at least 30 days written notice, except for nonpayment of rent which shall be upon at least 14 days written notice: 1. Serious or repeated violations of the terms and conditions of the lease; 2.
