Common use of Termination of the Administrative Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Administrative Services Agreement. Effective as of the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement is hereby terminated, superseded and replaced by this Agreement; provided, however, that all amounts due or to become due under that Administrative Services Agreement shall be paid in full and the Administrative Services Agreement shall continue in effect with respect thereto until all such amounts are paid in full.
