Termination of the Agreement by the Bank. 貴行終止本契約時，須於終止日三十日前以書面通知立約人。但立約人如有下列情事之一者，貴行得隨時以書面或電子郵件或依雙方約定方式通知立約人終止本契約： The Bank shall notify the Applicant in writing at least 30 days prior to the termination of the Agreement. However, in any of the following circumstances, the Bank may terminate the Agreement at any time in writing, by e-mail, or a method agreed to by the Applicant and the Bank:
