TERMINATION OF THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT. In the event that the Management Services Agreement expires or terminates for any reason: 20.1 the Managing Person’s participation in this Agreement will immediately terminate; and 20.2 the provisions of clause 22.4 shall apply in respect of the termination of the Managing Person’s participation in this Agreement.
