Termination of the Transition Services Agreement. Any termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 9.3 shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations of the Parties accruing prior to such termination, including the right to payment of unpaid Fees and reimbursable costs owing for Transition Services performed prior to termination.
