Termination of the Venture Capital Portfolio as at Review Date. As at each VCF Review Date, the Company may, after consultation with the Venture Portfolio Manager but at its sole discretion, terminate the Venture Capital Portfolio. Any such election shall be advised by the Company to the Manager by not later than one month following the relevant VCF Review Date (and, failing this, the Company shall be deemed to have elected not to terminate the Venture Capital Portfolio).
