Common use of Termination of this Agreement and Survival of Certain Provisions Clause in Contracts

Termination of this Agreement and Survival of Certain Provisions. Subject to earlier termination by written agreement of the parties hereto or expiration pursuant to Section 2(a) of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate effective upon termination of Executive’s employment by the Company or by Executive for any reason; provided, however, that Sections 4(c), 6(c), 7 (to the extent applicable), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (to the extent applicable), 13, 15, 17 and 18, as applicable, of this Agreement shall survive any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
