Common use of Termination of Trainee for Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination of Trainee for Cause. If at any time during the Term, it becomes necessary to terminate for cause a trainee who was hired under this Agreement and the design professional has not met the minimum duration requirements under this policy, then the design professional shall hire a new trainee by following the process set forth above.
