Jurisdiction/Entry of Judgment. The inquiry of the arbitrator shall be restricted to the particular controversy which gave rise to the Demand for Arbitration. A decision of the arbitrator issued hereunder shall be final and binding upon all Arbitration Parties. The non-prevailing Arbitration Party(ies) shall pay the arbitrator’s fees and related costs of arbitration (or reimburse the Arbitration Parties that advanced such arbitration fees and costs).
