Common use of Termination on 60 Days Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination on 60 Days Notice. If the Company terminates this Agreement by 60 days prior written notice pursuant to Section 1 and if Employee's employment is thereafter terminated by the Company without Cause, such termination shall be treated as a termination without Cause pursuant to Section 9(b) and Employee's stock options shall be subject to the provisions of Section 6(b). The obligations of the Company contained in this Section 9(c) shall survive the termination of this Agreement by the Company pursuant to Section 1.
