Termination on Failure to Pay Premiums. If Premiums, after notice and billing by Delta Dental, are not paid when due, Company shall be granted a grace period of thirty (30) days in which to remit the Premium. During the grace period, the Contract shall remain in-force. Company shall be liable for the Premium due for the grace period. Failure to remit the Premium will cause the Contract to terminate on the day following the end of the specified grace period (termination date). After the termination date, Delta Dental shall only be obligated to pay claims as stated in Paragraphs H and I of Article IV.
