Common use of Termination on Financial Standing Clause in Contracts

Termination on Financial Standing. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 adversely impacts on the Supplier's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

Termination on Financial Standing. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 adversely impacts on the Supplier's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier Provider in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 Provider which adversely impacts on the SupplierProvider's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier Contractor in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 Contractor which adversely impacts on the SupplierContractor's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

Termination on Financial Standing. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract by serving notice on the Supplier Provider in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 Provider which adversely impacts on the SupplierProvider's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

Termination on Financial Standing. The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier Prime Contractor in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 Prime Contractor which adversely impacts on the SupplierPrime Contractor's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

Termination on Financial Standing. The Authority AUTHORITY may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier SERVICE PROVIDER in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the AuthorityAUTHORITY), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 SERVICE PROVIDER which adversely impacts on the SupplierSERVICE PROVIDER's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.

Termination on Financial Standing. The Contracting Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Contracting Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which: 26.10.1 which adversely impacts on the Supplier's ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement; or 26.10.2 could reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the Supplier’s ability to supply the Services under this Framework Agreement.
