Resignation of Trustee Any Trustee hereunder may resign by a notice in writing delivered to the Grantor, if the Grantor is then living, and, after the Grantor’s death, to all current Beneficiaries of the Trust.
Compensation of Trustee Any individual Trustee serving hereunder shall be entitled to: (Choose One) ☐ - No compensation whatsoever. ☐ - Be paid a reasonable fee from the Trust Estate based on the amount of time expended by such Trustee in carrying out his or her duties hereunder. Termination on Financial Standing The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which:
