Termination or Discontinuation. In the event you wish to discontinue Bill Payment, you must notify us in writing. If more than one person is au- thorized to withdraw funds from your account, or if another person is authorized to electronically access your account, we cannot stop that person from using the Bill Payment service. We may modify, suspend or terminate your privilege of using Bill Payment services and may withhold approval of any transaction, at any time, without prior notice to you. In the event we terminate your privileges, we will try to notify you in advance but are not required to do so. You will be notified as soon as practicable. Neither termination nor discontinuation shall affect your liability or obligation under this Agreement. If either you or we end your rights to use the Bill Payment, we will no longer be required to complete any of your Bill Payment transactions.
