Termination or Ineligibility. HQY will deactivate a participant’s Card as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of notice from Employer that a participant has been terminated or is no longer eligible to participate under the Plan. HQY is not responsible for any transactions that occur prior to the request to terminate is received.
