Debit Card. If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Debit Card. The Card is a debit card that allows you to have access to your specific account type (the “Account”) with us and perform electronic funds transfers. All the terms of the Account Agreement apply to the Card.

If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union, if applicable by law. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN in the Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, CO-OP, STAR Networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. 1) You may use your Card and PIN to: • Make deposits to your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Withdraw funds from your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Transfer funds between your share, savings, and checking account. • Obtain balance information for your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Receive cash advances on your checking’s overdraft line of credit (OLOC). • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your PIN to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept transactions routed through various PIN networks. • Make signature-based transactions routed through Visa® • Order goods or services by mail, internet or telephone from places that accept Visa® 2) The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Debit Card transactions may apply: • There is no limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you may make per day. • There is a limit of $2,000 for ATM or POS transactions each day, and a $15,000 limit on signature transactions each day. • Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. • There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one day from an ATM machine. • There is no limit on the number of Point of Sale (POS) transactions you may make in one ...
Debit Card. In connection with your Account, we may (but are not obligated to) issue you a Card that will automatically link to your Account and be funded by your Account. If a Card is made available to you, the Card allows you to access funds deposited to your Account by you or on your behalf pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Card is not a credit card, prepaid card or a gift card and may not be gifted, sold or transferred. The expiration date of the Card is listed on the Card. However, the funds in your Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date listed on your Card. The Card is non transferable, and it may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. We have no responsibility for failure of any machine, merchant, financial institution or any other party to honor your Card. We may decline to authorize a transaction for any reason. We are not responsible for any losses you may incur if we do not authorize a transaction. You understand that any person may deny acceptance of or refuse to accept your Card and we are not responsible for such denial or refusal. The funds accessible by the Card are limited to the available funds in your Account. The Card is the property of Bank, and must be surrendered upon demand. Not all services or features of your Card described in this Agreement are available to all persons or at all locations. Any offer of a service or feature of your Card or Account in this Agreement will be deemed void where prohibited. Use of the Card is also subject to all applicable rules and customs of any payment network, clearing house or other association involved in transactions in addition to this Agreement. We reserve the right to limit, at our sole discretion, the provision of any such services under this Agreement to any person or in any location. We can waive or delay enforcement of any of their rights under this Agreement without losing them. A. Card Activation You must activate the Card before it can be used. Activation instructions will be provided with the Card. You must activate the Card and complete the activation process, including setting a PIN, before it may be used. You must maintain your PIN in confidence and not give it to anyone. You should memorize your PIN and not write down your PIN or keep your PIN with your Card. B. Debit Card. We will provide you with the terms of agreement regarding your use of a debit card with your Account in a separate document provided with your debit card that you can use to access your Account. You agree to those terms specified in that separate document when you use the debit card.
Debit Card. The Bank’s debit card allows you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between linked accounts and check account balances at an ATM. It also allows you to purchase goods and services at merchants that accepts debit cards. By opening or maintaining a consumer account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide all eligible signatories on the account a separate debit card. For non- consumer accounts, by opening or maintaining a non-consumer or business account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide you with one debit card.
