Debit Card Sample Clauses

Debit CardIf approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
Debit Card. You may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union, if applicable by law. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN in the Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, CO-OP, STAR Networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. 1) You may use your Card and PIN to: • Make deposits to your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Withdraw funds from your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Transfer funds between your share, savings, and checking account. • Obtain balance information for your share, savings, and checking accounts. • Receive cash advances on your checking’s overdraft line of credit (OLOC). • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your PIN to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept transactions routed through various PIN networks. • Make signature-based transactions routed through Visa® • Order goods or services by mail, internet or telephone from places that accept Visa® 2) The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Debit Card transactions may apply: • There is no limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you may make per day. • There is a limit of $2,000 for ATM or POS transactions each day, and a $15,000 limit on signature transactions each day. • Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. • There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one day from an ATM machine. • There is no limit on the number of Point of Sale (POS) transactions you may make in one ...

Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. Debit Card. We will provide you with the terms of agreement regarding your use of a debit card with your Account in a separate document provided with your debit card that you can use to access your Account. You agree to those terms specified in that separate document when you use the debit card.
Debit Card. The Bank’s debit card allows you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between linked accounts and check account balances at an ATM. It also allows you to purchase goods and services at merchants that accepts debit cards. By opening or maintaining a consumer account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide all eligible signatories on the account a separate debit card. For non- consumer accounts, by opening or maintaining a non-consumer or business account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide you with one debit card. Business debit cards issued to non-consumer accounts (including business accounts and accounts for sole proprietors) are not covered under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act or Regulation E.
Debit Card. The Bank’s debit cards allow you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between accounts at the Bank, inquire about account balances on your accounts, and purchase goods and services at participating merchant locations that have a point-of-sale terminal that accepts debit cards. The Bank requires you to sign a separate agreement before using this service.
Debit Card. You may use your debit card at any merchant location that accepts Mastercard® cards to make purchases. When your debit card is used to make a purchase, you are requesting us to withdraw funds from your designated checking or money market account to pay for the purchase. You can use your debit card to do everything that an ATM card can do and, in addition, to perform the functions set forth below:‌

The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Debit Card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in you accounts at the time of the transfer.
