Common use of Termination or Suspension for Convenience Clause in Contracts

Termination or Suspension for Convenience. The Agency may terminate or suspend this Contract for convenience, in whole or part, upon 10 days written notice. If this Contract is so terminated, the Agency is liable only for payments required under the terms of this Contract for services rendered or goods provided prior to the effective date of termination.
