Termination or Suspension for Convenience. The Owner may at any time give written notice to the General Contractor terminating this Contract For Construction or suspending the Project, in whole or in part, for the Owner’s convenience and without cause. If the Owner suspends the Project for convenience, the General Contractor shall immediately reduce its staff, services and outstanding commitments in order to minimize the cost of suspension.
