TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION. 16.1. We can terminate this Agreement at any time: 16.1.1. if we give you two calendar months’ notice and refund the Available Balance to you without charge, or 16.1.2. with immediate effect if you or a Cardholder have breached this Agreement, or if we have reason to believe that you or a Cardholder have used, or intend to use a Card or Account in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or other unlawful purposes or if we can no longer process your transactions due to the actions of third parties. 16.2. We can suspend or terminate any Cards and/or, Account at any time with immediate effect (and until your default has been remedied or the Agreement terminated) without any prior notice to you if: 16.2.1. we discover any of the Information that you or any additional Cardholder has provided to us in relation to your Account and/or Card(s) is incorrect; or 16.2.2. we believe that this is necessary for security reasons; or 16.2.3. we suspect or to prevent suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of any Cards, Account or any security credentials related to any Cards or Account; or 16.2.4. if you have reached your Account Limits or if the Cardholder attempts to load cash higher than the maximum cash deposit amounts that is permitted; or 16.2.5. any legal obligations require us to do so; or 16.2.6. you or any Cardholders have breached this Agreement or we have reason to believe that you or any Cardholders have used, or intend to use the Card or Account or the App or the Passcode in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or otherunlawful purposes or if we cannot process any transactions due to the actions of thirdparties. 16.3. In the event that we do suspend or terminate any Cards or Accounts then if we are able to do so, we will tell you in advance otherwise we will let you know immediately afterwards (to the extent the we are permitted by law). We may advise anyone involved in the transaction if a suspension has taken place. 16.4. In the event that any additional fees are found to have been incurred on your Account following termination by either you or us, then subject to this Agreement, you shall refund to us any sum which relates to a withdrawal on the Account or fees and/or charges validly applied whether before or after termination. We will send a notification to you and will require you to refund us immediately. Should you not repay this amount immediately after receiving notice from us we reserve the right to take all steps necessary, including legal action, to recover any monies outstanding.

We may advise anyone involved in the transaction if a suspension has taken place. 16.4. 17.4 You can terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Customer Services. 17.5 In the event that any additional fees are found to have been incurred on your Account Card following termination by either you or us, then subject to this Agreement, you shall refund to us any sum which relates to a withdrawal on the Account Card or fees and/or charges validly applied whether before or after termination. We will send a notification an invoice to you and will require you to refund us immediately. Should you not repay this amount immediately after receiving notice an invoice from us we reserve the right to take all steps necessary, including legal action, to recover any monies outstanding.

In 15.3 You can terminate this Agreement at any time following the event that we do suspend or terminate any Cards or Accounts then if we are able to do so, we will tell you in advance otherwise we will let you know immediately afterwards (to Cancellation Period by contacting the extent the we are permitted by law). We may advise anyone involved in the transaction if a suspension has taken placeCard Support team. 16.4. We may suspend your right to use your Card or refuse a transaction where we are required to do so by law or to comply with any regulatory requirement. 17.5. In the event that we do suspend or terminate any Cards or Accounts cancel your Card then if we are able to do so, we will tell you in advance otherwise we will let you know immediately afterwards (to the extent the we are permitted by law)afterwards. We may advise anyone involved in the transaction if a suspension has taken place. 16.417.6. You can terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Customer Services. 17.7. In the event that any additional fees and/or charges are found to have been incurred on your Account Card following termination by either you or us, then subject to this Agreement, you shall refund to us the Programme Manager any sum sums which relates relate to a withdrawal on the Account Card or fees and/or charges validly applied whether before or after termination. We will The Programme Manager shall send a notification an invoice to you and will require you to refund us immediatelyrepay them within 14 days. Should you not repay this amount immediately after within 14 days of receiving notice an invoice from us we the Programme Manager, they reserve the right to take all steps necessary, including legal action, to recover any monies outstanding.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION. 16.1. 15.1 We can terminate this Agreement at any time: 16.1.1. 15.1.1 if we give you two calendar months’ months prior notice and refund the Available Balance to you without charge, you; or 16.1.2. 15.1.2 with immediate effect if you or a Cardholder have breached this Agreement, or if we have reason to believe that you or a Cardholder have used, or intend to use a the Card or Account in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or other unlawful purposes or if we can no longer process your transactions due to the actions of third parties. 16.2. 15.2 We can suspend suspend, block or terminate any Cards and/or, cancel your Card and/or Account at any time with immediate effect (and until your default has been remedied or the Agreement terminated) without any prior notice to you if: 16.2.1. 15.2.1 we discover that any of the Information information that you or any additional Cardholder has provided to us in relation to when you applied for your Account and/or Card(s) is Card was incorrect; or 16.2.2. we believe that this is necessary for security reasons15.2.2 a transaction has been declined because of a lack of Available Balance; or 16.2.3. we suspect or to prevent suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of any Cards, Account or any security credentials related to any Cards or Account; or 16.2.4. if 15.2.3 you have reached your Account Limits or if the Cardholder attempts to load cash higher than the maximum cash deposit amounts that is permitted; or 16.2.5. any legal obligations require us to do so; or 16.2.6. you or any Cardholders have breached this Agreement or we have reason to believe that you or any additional Cardholders have used, or intend to use the Card or and/or Account or the App or the Passcode in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or otherunlawful other unlawful purposes or if we cannot process any your transactions due to the actions of thirdpartiesthird parties; or 15.2.4 we suspect or to prevent suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of your Card, Account or any security credentials related to your Card or Account; or 15.2.5 you have reached your Card limit; or 15.2.6 we believe that this is necessary for security reasons; or 15.2.7 any legal obligations require us to do so. 16.3. 15.3 In the event that we do suspend suspend, block or terminate any Cards or Accounts cancel your Card and/or Account then if we are able to do so, we will tell you in advance otherwise we will let you know immediately afterwards (to the extent the we are permitted by law)afterwards. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION. 16.1. 15.1 We can terminate this the Agreement at any time: 16.1.1. : (a) if we give you two calendar months’ 30 days' notice and refund the Available Balance to you without charge, or 16.1.2. you; (b) with immediate effect if you or a Cardholder have breached this Agreement, or if we have reason to believe that you or a Cardholder have used, or intend to use a the Card or Account in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or other unlawful purposes or if we can no longer process your transactions Transactions due to the actions of third partiesparties or following any suspension of the Card under paragraph 15.2.6; or (c) with immediate effect if we have other serious grounds for doing so. 16.2. 15.2 We can suspend or terminate any Cards and/or, Account your Card at any time with immediate effect (and until your default has been remedied or the Agreement terminated) without any prior notice to you if: 16.2.1. 15.2.1 in the event of any fault or failure in our Transaction processing system; or 15.2.2 if we believe your Card details have been compromised; or 15.2.3 we discover that any of the Information information that you or any additional Cardholder has provided to us in relation to when you applied for your Account and/or Card(s) is Card was incorrect; or 16.2.2. we believe that this is necessary for security reasons15.2.4 a Transaction has been declined because of a lack of Available Balance; or 16.2.3. we suspect or to prevent suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of any Cards, Account or any security credentials related to any Cards or Account; or 16.2.4. if 15.2.5 you have reached your Account Limits or if the Cardholder attempts to load cash higher than the maximum cash deposit amounts that is permitted; or 16.2.5. any legal obligations require us to do so; or 16.2.6. you or any Cardholders have breached this Agreement or we have reason to believe that you or any Cardholders have used, or intend to use or have permitted the Card or Account or the App or the Passcode to be used in a grossly negligent manner or for fraudulent or otherunlawful other unlawful purposes or if we cannot process any transactions your Transactions due to the actions of thirdpartiesthird parties; or 15.2.6 due to fraudulent or other suspicious activity on your Account; or 15.2.7 if we have other serious grounds for doing so; or 15.2.8 if we reasonably believe to be required to do so by law or in order to comply with recommendations issued by a relevant government authority or recognized body for the prevention of financial crime or other illegal activity. 16.3. In 15.3 You can terminate this Agreement at any time following the event that we do suspend or terminate any Cards or Accounts then if we are able to do so, we will tell you in advance otherwise we will let you know immediately afterwards (to Cancellation Period by contacting the extent the we are permitted by law).
