Termination other than for Cause or Death; or Upon Parent’s Election Not To Renew. If the Executive’s employment is terminated (a) by the Parent other than for Cause or death, (b) by reason of Executive’s Disability, (c) by the Executive for Good Reason, or (d) upon the Parent’s election not to renew the Term pursuant to Section 3 then, subject to Section 6 below, Executive will receive payment of the Accrued Obligations and the following severance pay and related benefits from the Parent:
