Termination other than for Good Reason. If the Executive voluntarily terminates employment during the Employment Period (other than for Good Reason), as provided in Section 4.4, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive, other than the obligation to pay to the Executive (i) his Base Salary through the date of termination, (ii) the amount of any compensation previously deferred by the Executive and (iii) the Other Benefits, in each case to the extent theretofore
