Common use of Termination Payments/Benefits Clause in Contracts

Termination Payments/Benefits. In the event that Executive’s employment terminates under paragraph ‎8‎(b) during the Term hereof, subject to paragraph ‎18, Executive shall thereafter receive, less applicable withholding taxes, (x) any unpaid Salary through and including the date of termination, any unpaid Bonus earned for the calendar year prior to the calendar year in which Executive is terminated, any business expense reimbursements incurred but not yet approved and/or paid and such other amounts as are required to be paid or provided by law (the “Accrued Obligations”), payable within thirty (30) days following Executive’s termination date, and (y) subject to Executive’s compliance with paragraph ‎8‎(g) hereunder, the following payments and benefits:
