Termination Prior to Expiration of Term or Renewal Term. This DAA may be terminated prior to the expiration of the Term (including any renewal term) upon the occurrence of either of the following: i. AS may terminate this DAA if Institution is in breach of any of the terms and conditions specified in this DAA, provided that AS in its sole discretion may accord to Institution a thirty (30) day cure period within which to remedy the breach. ii. Institution may terminate this DAA upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to AS.
