Termination Prior to the Distribution. The Intelligroup Board of Directors may at any time prior to the Distribution abandon the Distribution and, by notice to SeraNova, terminate this Agreement (whether or not the Intelligroup Board of Directors has theretofore approved this Agreement and/or the Distribution).
