If any court does not approve and/or does not honor this Agreement and/or denies the Parties’ motion to enter all of the Settlement Orders in a form agreeable to the Parties, Settlement Class Counsel and/or Defendant shall have the right to terminate this Agreement as set forth in Section 11.4
