Termination Requests by Licensee after occupancy. i) Licensee may request termination of the License by submitting a written request with appropriate documentation to University at least fourteen (14) days in advance of desired effective date. University will review and may approve the termination request based on the following standards: (1) Campus rule or requirement prevents Licensee from continuing studies at CSUMB, (2) Compulsory military service. (3) Physical disability of a student.
