Termination Requirements and Procedures. (a) Programmer may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.1(e) hereof only if it pays Licensee an amount equal to six times the monthly compensation due for the month preceding the notice of termination by Programmer pursuant to Attachment I.
