Termination Rights and Payments Upon Termination. Executive’s right to payments, if any, for periods after the date that Executive’s employment with the Company and all other members of the Company Group terminates for any reason (the “Termination Date”) shall be determined in accordance with this Section 4, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except as specifically provided in this Section 4, neither the Company nor any other member of the Company Group shall have any obligation to make payments of any amounts or provide any benefits to Executive for periods after Executive’s Termination Date.
