Common use of Termination Settlement Clause in Contracts

Termination Settlement. When a Contract is terminated under any section of Article IV of this Contract or Policy Circular P9.05, Contract Default, the Provider Agency shall be prohibited from incurring additional obligations of Contract funds. The Department may allow costs that the Provider Agency could not reasonably avoid during the Termination process to the extent that said costs are determined to be necessary and reasonable.
