Termination; Survivorship. This Agreement shall terminate upon the Executive’s separation from service with the Company, except that the respective rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement as set forth herein shall survive any termination of this Agreement to the extent necessary to the intended preservation of such rights and obligations.
