Termination upon Death or Discontinuation of Medical Practice of the Doctor. This Agreement shall terminate upon the death of the Doctor. Also, Diomed, on the one hand, and the Doctor (on behalf of himself and the LP), on the other, may terminate this Agreement if the practice of medicine ceases to be the Doctor's primary professional activity.
