Termination Upon Default of the Entity. In the event the Entity or a Party acting on its behalf fails to cure or remedy the Default within the Cure Period as provided in Section 9.2, the Township may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the Entity (the “Notice of Termination”).
