Common use of Termination Upon Distribution to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Distribution to Noteholders. Subject to Section 4.06, this Indenture and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Issuer and the Trustee created hereby shall terminate upon the distribution to the Noteholders and the Trustee of all amounts required to be distributed to such parties pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture and the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Termination Upon Distribution to Noteholders. Subject to Section 4.06, this Indenture and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee created hereby shall terminate upon the distribution to the Noteholders Noteholders, the Hedge Counterparties and the Indenture Trustee of all amounts required to be distributed to such parties pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture Article III and the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
