Termination Upon Notice with Opportunity to Cure. Franchisor may terminate this Agreement and all rights granted to Franchisee hereunder for the reasons set forth below if (i) Franchisor gives Franchisee notice of default that provides thirty (30) days for cure of the default (or such greater number of days given by Franchisor in its sole discretion or required by Applicable Law) and identifies the breach or breaches of this Agreement, and (ii) Franchisee fails to cure in the time and manner specified in the notice of default or as specifically provided in this Section 19.2:
