Termination with Good Reason. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment hereunder for Good Reason at any time by providing written notice of such termination to the employment relationship between Company stating the principal reasons therefore, which termination shall be effective upon delivery of such notice. Any such termination by Executive for Good Reason shall be treated for all purposes of this Agreement as a termination by the Company without Cause and the Company with “Good Reason” for doing so by following the process provided below in this Section. For such purpose, “Good Reason” means:provisions of Section 6(b) shall apply.
