Termination With or Without Cause. In addition to the termination provisions set forth in the Confidentiality and Privacy Amendment, Special Agent or Company shall have the right at any time to terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall be effective as of the Termination Date.
