Common use of Termination without cause by the Consultant Clause in Contracts

Termination without cause by the Consultant. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement may be terminated by the Consultant without cause at any time after the Effective Date and during the continuance of this Agreement upon the Consultant’s delivery to the Companies of prior written notice of its intention to do so at least 30 calendar days prior to the effective date of any such termination (herein also the “Effective Termination Date”).
