Visas. Applications for visas or entry/exit permits, where required, from all persons who are holders of the United Nations laissez-passer or of the travel document issued by the Court, and also from persons referred to in articles 18 to 22 of the present Agreement who have a certificate issued by the Court confirming that they are travelling on the business of the Court, shall be dealt with by the States Parties as speedily as possible and granted free of charge.
Visas. The non-EU Students are strongly advised to ensure that they have an appropriate visa for study in Hungary covering the School Year and that they can comply with all other Hungarian entry and residence requirements before payment of any fees to the School as under no circumstances will any refund be made on grounds of lack of visa or similar travel documents required to study in Hungary legitimately.
Visas i. Each Party shall seek, whenever possible and convenient, to facilitate the free movement of managers, executives and skilled employees of economic agents, entities, businesses and investors of the other Party.
ii. Respecting national legislation, immigration and work authorities of each Party shall seek a common understanding in order to reduce time, requirements and costs to grant appropriate visas to investors of the other Party.
iii. The Parties will negotiate a mutually acceptable agreement to facilitate visas for investors with a view to extend its duration and stay.

Visas. Cabin personnel shall, upon submitting a receipt, be reimbursed for the full cost of any and all visas and departure taxes that are required to perform cabin personnel duties when operating or deadheading.
Visas. Supplier must maintain valid Visas for any of its employees for whom a Visa is required. Any failure to do so will result in removal of the employee and may result in the cancellation of this Agreement.
Visas. You should contact your Embassy for information and advice on the visa requirements of the countries you propose to visit. Please note: Passport and visa regulations can change, and you should therefore check with the relevant embassy well in advance of travel, even if you have travelled to this destination before. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and, if appropriate, a visa. It can often take some time to obtain a visa, so you are advised to apply in plenty of time. We accept no responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents.
Visas. A visa is required to visit Vietnam, China, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. For Vietnam, China and Myanmar a Visa or Visa Approval letter must be obtained prior to departure. For other destinations a visa can be purchased upon arrival.
Visas. 1. The Commission shall promptly inform the designated authority for the Government of all members of the PTS Team. The PTS shall inform members of the PTS Team that they should apply for visas and/or entry/exit permits, if required, in good time before the opening date of the Project activities.
2. The Government shall exercise its best efforts to ensure that visas are issued by its relevant authorities without unnecessary delay in accordance with the visa procedure legislation applied in the Slovak Republic and if possible free of charge.
3. The Government shall ensure, where the legislation of the Slovak Republic allows, that the visas for PTS Team members, who were unable to obtain them prior to their arrival, are issued at the point of entry to the Slovak Republic.
