Terminations and Suspensions Deemed for Convenience. Any termination or suspension of Contractor’s rights under this Contract for an alleged default that is ultimately held unjustified shall automatically be deemed to be a termination or suspension for the convenience of Owner under Section 1.15 of this Contract.
