Terminations for all other Reasons. In the event the Participant experiences a Termination of Service for any reason other than those set forth in Section 2(c), the Participant shall forfeit to the Company, without compensation, any Restricted Stock that is unvested and that cannot vest in accordance with Section 2(b) immediately upon the Participant’s Termination of Service.
