TERMS AND CONDITIONS MORE FAVOURABLE. All terms and conditions of employment applicable to employees at the various companies or concerns covered by the scope of this part of the Agreement will, where they are more favourable than those concluded in this part of the Agreement, remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise agreed or determined through lawfully permissible means.
