Terms and Renewal. This agreement will become effective when executed regardless of date of installation or commencement of services, and shall continue in effect for the term of services specified on this Agreement (the “Term”). Billing for the Services shall commence on the first day after the installation that IP traffic can be passed between Amplex and the Clients router. This agreement will change to a monthly agreement on expiration of the term of this contract.
Terms and Renewal. This Agreement shall be for an initial term beginning on January 1, 1997, and terminating on December 31, 1999. On December 31, 1998, the CORPORATION shall notify the EMPLOYEE in writing if the CORPORATION does not intend to renew the Agreement for a one- year term following the Initial Term. In the event that the CORPORATION does not so notify the EMPLOYEE, the Agreement shall renew for a one-year term following the Initial Term. Similarly, on each successive December 31 of a then applicable Term, the CORPORATION shall notify the EMPLOYEE in writing if the CORPORATION does not intend to renew the Agreement. In the event that the CORPORATION does not so notify the EMPLOYEE, the Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional one-year Term following the then applicable Term.
Terms and Renewal. This Agreement shall be for a three-year term beginning on January 1, 2000, and terminating on December 31, 2003. On or before December 31, 2002, the CORPORATION shall notify EMPLOYEE if CORPORATION does not intend to renew the Agreement for a one-year term following its original term. In the event that the CORPORATION does not notify EMPLOYEE, the Agreement shall renew for a one-year term following its original term. Similarly, on each anniversary date thereafter the CORPORATION shall notify EMPLOYEE if it does not intend to renew the Agreement, and upon a failure to do so the Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional one-year term following the then applicable term.
Terms and Renewal. As these services are delivered on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis, there is no notice or termination period for either party relating to this agreement.
Terms and Renewal. The Initial term of this Agreement is 24 months. The Renewal term for this Agreement is 12 months. The Agreement will automatically renew on the same terms contained herein, unless either party provides notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement no less than 30 day prior to the expiration of the current term. Upon receiving such notice, the parties may renegotiate the existing terms and renew the contract or cancel the contract at either party’s election.
Terms and Renewal. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect as of January 1, 2014 and shall remain in effect to and including December 31, 2017 without any reopening date. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter, unless one party or the other gives notice, in writing, at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement of a desire to change, modify or terminate this Agreement. The implementation of the 24/72 schedule shall commence on June 1, 2004 or as soon thereafter as practical.
Terms and Renewal. This Agreement and the rights granted Distributor hereunder shall be for an initial term of ten (10) years, beginning on the date first written above. Thereafter, the Distributor shall have the option of renewing this Agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional five (5) year terms, provided Distributor is not in default of any provisions of this Agreement at the date of renewal, which renewal shall be automatic unless the Distributor notifies Supplier of Distributor’s intent not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date.
Terms and Renewal. The Owner hereby exclusively employs the Agent to rent, lease, operate and manage the above referenced property upon the terms hereinafter set forth for the period of beginning on and ending on the and thereafter for annual periods unless on or before sixty (60) days prior to the date last above mentioned or any annual renewal date after the end of the existing term, either party hereto shall notify the other in writing of its intention to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of said term in which case this Agreement will be terminated. The Property will be available for occupancy on or about . The Property is within the _ (print name of common ownership community, if applicable).
Terms and Renewal. The initial term of the Agreement shall begin September 17, 1997, and ending on December 31, 1998, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The Agreement will be automatically renewed under two additional and separate renewals, annually, on January 1st of each of the next two subsequent years (the "Anniversary Date") unless written notice of non-renewal is given by either party ninety (90) days prior to the Anniversary Date. If such notice of non-renewal is given, the Agreement shall not be renewed and shall expire and terminate. Either party may terminate the Agreement "for cause" at any time in accordance with Paragraph 9 hereto. Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement, the Distributor shall only have the right to sell Products then in its possession and inventory.
Terms and Renewal. 3.1 This agreement commences on the date set out in this agreement, or if no date is set out, on the date that the Wheelie Bin is first delivered to the Customer’s address.
3.2 The supply of the Services by ESL to the Customer is governed by these terms and conditions.
3.3 This agreement is a monthly rolling contract term which shall automatically renew with the receipt of each monthly Direct Debit payment, unless notified by either party under Clause 5.1 and 7.1.
