Terms Applicable on Admission. Any entity that formally applies to participate in LRS and is accepted by LRS shall thereupon become a party to this Agreement and be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof. A Participant may withdraw from participation by delivery of written notice of withdrawal at least 90 days prior to the end of an LRS Year, to be effective as of the end of such LRS Year.
