Terms Defined Above or Elsewhere. As used in this Agreement, the terms “Collateral Agent”, “Agreement”, “Issuer”, “Grantor”, and “Indenture” shall have the meanings indicated above. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the Indenture and used herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture. The following terms which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of New York on the date hereof are used herein as so defined: Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claim, Deposit Account, Document, Equipment, Fixtures, General Intangible, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Promissory Note, Securities Account and Supporting Obligations.
