Right of Inspection and Information. Without prejudice to the protection of confidential information, Members shall provide the competent authorities the authority to give the right holder sufficient opportunity to have any goods detained by the customs authorities inspected in order to substantiate the right holder’s claims. The competent authorities shall also have authority to give the importer an equivalent opportunity to have any such goods inspected. Where a positive determination has been made on the merits of a case, Members may provide the competent authorities the authority to inform the right holder of the names and addresses of the consignor, the importer and the consignee and of the quantity of the goods in question.
Right of Inspection and Information. The competent authorities shall also be empowered to give the importer equivalent opportunities to have such goods inspected. The Parties may empower the competent authorities, when a positive decision has been taken on the merits of the case, to communicate to the right holder the name and address of the consignor, the importer and the consignee, as well as the quantity of the goods in question.

The Grantor shall permit any officer, employee or agent of the Collateral Agent to visit and inspect any of the Collateral, examine the books of record and accounts of the Grantor, take copies and extracts therefrom, and discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Grantor with the Grantor’s officers, accountants and auditors, all at such reasonable times and on reasonable notice and without hindrance and delay and as often as the Collateral Agent may reasonably desire. The Grantor shall furnish to the Collateral Agent promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Collateral Agent, schedules of Equipment and its locations and other data concerning the Collateral as the Collateral Agent may from time to time specify.

The Issuer shall permit any officer, employee or the agent of the Collateral Agent to visit and inspect any of the Collateral, examine the books of record and accounts of the Issuer, take copies and extracts therefrom, and discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Issuer with the Issuer’s officers, accountants and auditors, all at such reasonable times and on reasonable notice and without hindrance and delay and as often as the Collateral Agent may reasonably desire.

Debtor, at all ----------------------------------- reasonable times and upon reasonable prior notice, will permit Secured Party and its agents, representatives and employees to inspect the Collateral. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Debtor will furnish to the Secured Party promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Secured Party such data and information concerning the Collateral as the Secured Party may from time to time reasonably specify.

The Borrower will permit any officer, employee or agent of the Lender to visit and inspect any of the Collateral and the Proceeds, examine the books of record and accounts of the Borrower, take copies and extracts therefrom, and discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower with the Borrower's officers, accountants and auditors, all at such reasonable times and on reasonable notice and without hindrance and delay and as often as the Lender may reasonably desire. The Borrower will furnish to the Lender promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Lender, schedules of Equipment and other data concerning the Collateral and the Proceeds as the Lender may from time to time specify.

The Debtor will allow the Secured Party to inspect the Equipment from time to time during normal business hours so long as such inspections do not interrupt the Debtor's business. Debtor will furnish to the Secured Party promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Secured Party such data and information concerning the Collateral as the Secured Party may from time to time specify.
Right of Inspection and Information. Reference is hereby made to the Loan Agreement, which contains the agreement between Debtor and the Lender as to inspection rights of the Lender. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Debtor will furnish to the Lender promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Lender such data and information concerning the Collateral as the Lender may from time to time specify.

The Borrower will permit any officer, employee or agent of the Lender to visit and inspect the Collateral, examine the books of record and accounts of the Borrower, take copies and extracts therefrom, and discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower with the Borrower's officers, accountants and auditors, and the Borrower will furnish information concerning the Collateral, including schedules of all internal and third party information identifying the Collateral (such as, for example, lease and well names and numbers assigned by the Borrower or the operator of any Mineral Properties, division orders and payment names and numbers assigned by purchasers of the Hydrocarbons, and internal identification names and numbers used by the Borrower in accounting for revenues, costs and joint interest transactions attributable to the Mineral Properties), all on reasonable notice, at such reasonable times without hindrance or delay and as often as the Lender may reasonably desire. The Borrower will furnish to the Lender promptly upon request and in the form and content specified by the Lender lists of purchasers of Hydrocarbons and other account debtors, schedules of Equipment and other data concerning the Collateral as the Lender may from time to time specify.
