Common use of Terms in this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Terms in this Agreement. “Agreement” means the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. “Bank”, “we”, “our” and/or “us” refer to The Callaway Bank. “You” and “your” mean the person for whom we opened the Account, anyone authorized to use the Account, and anyone who agrees to pay for this Account. “Credit Account” or “Account” means the credit card account we open for you. “Credit Limit” means the maximum amount of credit which may be outstanding at any time on the Credit Account.
