Terms Not Specifically Defined. 27 The plain meaning of terms not defined in this Agreement and otherwise used in this Agreement shall 28 apply, unless such unlisted terms have meanings as commonly used in Prudent Wind Industry Practices, 29 in which case the Prudent Wind Industry Practices meaning shall apply to the extent such meanings would 30 be reasonably understood by a person similarly situated as the Receiver.
Terms Not Specifically Defined herein shall have the meanings accorded them under accounting principles or the Texas Uniform Commercial Code, as appropriate.
