Common use of Terms of Business Clause in Contracts

Terms of Business. A copy of the standard terms upon which the Company carries on business or provides goods and services to any person are annexed to the Disclosure Letter and the Company does not provide and has not provided any goods or service to any person on terms which differ from its standard terms as annexed including (without limitation) any discounts on the prices normally charged by the Company for its goods or services.
