Common use of TERMS OF COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF COMPLIANCE. 6.1. The UNWTO will issue its final acceptance of the services provided within one (1) month from the date of completion of services. During such period, the Contractor shall perform all work to repair, modification, rectification and improvement of defects, imperfections, shrinkage or other faults that the UNWTO requests in writing to the Contractor.
