TERMS OF CONTRACT AMENDED. 1.01. This Amendment amends Section 4. Term of Contract, for the purpose of renewing the contract for a term effective 09/01/2022 through 08/31/2023. 1.02. This Amendment amends Section 5. Contract Renewal, for the purpose of exercising the first renewal option and having two (2) additional one (1) year periods remaining.

Contract Renewal, for the purpose of exercising the first renewal option and having two (2) additional has one (1) two-year periods remaining(2-year) remaining renewal option available.
